Petro is a young cimbalist from the Carpathian village Vorokhta. In winter 2013 he comes to Kyiv to see the Revolution of Dignity, play on the barricades and talk to the protesters. The clashes with the police become more and more severe, so Petro has to put the cembalos aside and to change them onto a bulletproof vest and a helmet. When he comes home, he realises that he cannot sit back, so he comes to play his music for the people in the cities, liberated from the occupation.
